First of all thank you for showing interest in us. And thank you for taking your time to read these terms & conditions.
Your final booking date(s)/appointment(s) for your tattoo can only be locked and verified/completed when we are in possession of a correct agreed on, and payed amount in prepayment. We cannot guarantee any dates for your booking before we have verified that your prepayment is in our possession.
The prepayment will be withheld until your last booking/appointment and deducted/subtracted from your last payment of the last booking/ appointment. As long as you have bookings with us, we will hold on to your prepayment.
The prepayment is a non-refund payment as we only wish to book with dedicated clients. If you by any reason are unable to make your scheduled appointment(s)/booking(s), please get in contact as soon as possible to cancel or to reschedule. You must get in contact with us at least 10 days before your appointment/booking to cancel or reschedule. If you try to reschedule less than 10 days prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and withdraw your prepayment, which means you will lose it, and you will have to pay a new prepayment for any future appointment(s) / booking(s). If you wish to cancel your appointment(s)/booking(s), the prepayment can only be returned as a gift voucher/certificate to our studio with a 2-year expiration, but only if it is cancelled a minimum of 10 days prior to your scheduled booking/appointment.
Prepayments can be paid in the store/studio with cash, credit card or Mobilepay, or transferred via Mobilepay or bank transfer from anywhere.
If you are an international client, but are unable to transfer via bank, please get in contact and we will try to find another solution.
Any design of a tattoo is owned by a tattoo artist. The design will be presented to you at the immediate start of an appointment / booking. If you do not accept the design, you will not be charged for the day, but any prepayment will not be refundable.
Remember that you can always, for free, get in touch and have your personal data deleted from our servers and systems, in addition to the information required for us to store by law.
